Our services are intended to support general wellness, recovery, relaxation, and athletic performance. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.

Information provided by Cen:ter, its staff, or this website should not be considered medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Health & Safety

Certain recovery services may not be appropriate for everyone.

Before participating, clients may be required to complete health questionnaires, acknowledgments, consent forms, or liability waivers. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are subject to availability and may be booked through our website or other approved booking methods.

Clients should arrive with sufficient time to check in and prepare for their scheduled service. Late arrival may result in a shortened session or cancellation if accommodating the appointment would affect other scheduled clients.

Specific booking, rescheduling, and cancellation requirements may be presented during the reservation process.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans change. Cen:ter may establish cancellation and rescheduling requirements for appointments, packages, memberships, or special bookings.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of a session or a cancellation/no-show fee where disclosed at the time of booking or purchase.

Memberships, Packages & Pricing

Memberships, packages, promotional offers, and individual services are subject to the pricing and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Recurring memberships may automatically renew according to the billing frequency and terms disclosed during enrollment until canceled in accordance with the applicable membership agreement and cancellation policy.

Cen:ter reserves the right to modify future pricing, services, operating hours, membership options, and package offerings. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases except where permitted by the applicable agreement or law.

Payments & Refunds

Payment may be required when booking or purchasing services, memberships, packages, merchandise, or gift cards.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, completed services are non-refundable. Refund eligibility for unused packages, memberships, promotional purchases, and other prepaid services will be governed by the terms presented with the applicable purchase and applicable law.

Cen:ter does not guarantee specific physical, athletic, wellness, pain-relief, recovery, or performance results from any service, membership, equipment, or recovery program.

Minors

Clients under 18 may be required to have consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating in certain services. Additional age restrictions may apply to individual recovery modalities based on safety requirements, equipment guidelines, or applicable law.

Personal Property

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Cen:ter Recovery Lounge. To the extent permitted by law, Cen:ter is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.

Intellectual Property

The Cen:ter Recovery Lounge name, logo, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, written content, videos, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Cen:ter Recovery Lounge and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
